A nice normal morning with friendly chats, though more litter than usual. But I found three needles behind the Durngate bench, with other drug paraphernalia. Sam's phone was on answerphone and I couldn't see any others on the blog, nor did I want to wake up staff on a Saturday morning if they were not on call. No reply from Trinity, no reply from the council out of hours phone line, so I called the police. T
hey said pick them up and put them in the bin. So I put all three into an Oasis plastic bottle with a lid, bagged them up with my litter, and did what they said.
