Friday 4th October - Warden

It's been a really nice day on Winnall. I've cut down a dead branch that's been getting lower and lower across the path. 

It was quiet this morning on site but busier this afternoon. Lots of birds about today including a very large family of long tailed tits, Song thrushes, Robins and Wrens. Lots of Commom darters at the pond to. 

I had a very nice couple have a chat about the site with me this afternoon to. 

The Roe doe was laying in SPM this morning 

I forgot my camera so improvised with a phone and binoculars
