Sat 7th June

A unexpectedly dry start to the day with a litter pick; saw a lovely comma despite the cloud cover.
Cheese and chilli festival at the recreation park today which meant it was quite busy in the reserve, lots of people asking for directions.
Got a lot done down red hole stream and Barton carrier paths.
The torrential rain started around 2ish, so tucked the strimmer back in the truck and cleared some branches.
A very busy board today, lots has been added.
As the spot had previously been claimed by a swan family, today it was greylag territory!
Unfortunately quite a few cyclists I had to speak to but all were understanding and dismounted.
